UK prices include VAT. 

Orders delivered to the USA include import duties and customs charges, and MAKYDO does not collect US state or local sales taxes. EU orders include import duties and import VAT. There are no additional import charges on delivery to the USA or EU. 

For other international destinations, local duties, taxes or clearance fees may apply.

You can change or cancel your order at no cost before it is dispatched. Email support@makydo.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order through the Orders section of your MAKYDO account or by emailing support@makydo.com. We do not process direct exchanges. Instead, you can return the original watch for a refund or store credit and place a new order. UK returns are free, while the cost of international change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility. Please read our full Returns Policy for eligibility, conditions and return instructions.

MAKYDO watches come with a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Email support@makydo.com with your order number, watch model, serial number, a description of the issue and photographs or a short video where possible.
