Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Orders containing watches and higher-value items are sent with full tracking. Low-value accessories such as bracelet links may be dispatched without tracking via standard letter post.

5. Delivery Issues
- Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
- Lost Packages: If you believe your parcel is lost, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. This allows us to raise an investigation with the courier within their claim window.
- Missing / Wrong items: If you receive an incorrect item or part of your order is missing, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of delivery, so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

- Rejected Deliveries: If a customer refuses or rejects delivery without prior agreement from MAKYDO, the parcel may be returned to our UK warehouse. Any return shipping charges, courier fees, customs charges, or administration costs charged to MAKYDO may be deducted from the refund, unless the refusal was due to our error or a confirmed fault.
