Ion-plated rose gold case and bracelet against a black seabed dial. A character that belongs in the collection and stands apart from it at the same time. At 42mm, the rose gold IP carries genuine wrist presence — the bracelet tapering from 25.5mm at the case to 20mm at the clasp, the black seabed texture reading with depth against the warmth of the case.
The ion plating is a surface treatment applied to 316L stainless steel, not a material change. The specification underneath is identical to every steel variant in the Diver 42. The case is rated to 200 metres. The Seiko NH35A automatic movement, 24 jewels, is visible through the exhibition caseback. A rotating inner bezel tracks elapsed time via the crown.
Comes with a rose gold bracelet fitted, an additional rubber strap, and a strap replacement tool in the box.
